Now this recipe my husband made us the other night and myself and my kids loved it. Its nice to have someone cook for you for a change. He used some pre made items but all in all it’s a quick fresh meal ready in 30 minutes.
4 chicken thighs or breast boneless
1 cup rice
½ cup spanish olives
1 pepper diced
1 onion diced
2 cups chicken broth low sodium
2 tbsp mojo
1 pkt sazon
1 tbsp olive oil
In a Dutch oven heat oil Add Chicken and brown.Then add onion and pepper cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Next add mojo as well as rice and olives. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add chicken stock and sazon. Cook until reaches a boil. When reaches a boil turn heat to low and cook for 15-20 minutes.
