Its Summer and with summer comes BBQ’s, which means hot dogs, burgers, potato salad, macaroni salad. These items can be potential nightmares when you are trying to stick with your diet and health goals. That is why I always suggest to bring a healthy item with you. If you know you can stop at one burger or hot dog and the Dip is the issue try making a healthier version of a dip you enjoy and bring a veggie tray to enjoy with it. Check out my Dill yogurt dip below. It goes great with fresh vegetables or maybe even one serving of chips.
2 Cups Plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup fresh dill chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in bowl and refrigerate at least one hour prior to serving.
