I truly cannot wait till I can get back to exercising. I bounced back pretty quickly after my second but the third kid has been more of a challenge in regards to getting back to my old exercise routine. That is why I thought let’s all start to get healthy together! Why not I will be starting from scratch with a goal to start running again let’s make our summer goals for exercise. We have been talking about and get fit and healthy together. This week my goal is to walk at a fast pace at least 1 mile a day. What is your goal?
