Hummus is one of those products most people buy at the grocery store. My husband is not a fan of those ones and insists that I make it from scratch. It’s actually so easy and cheap I agree with him. We like the hummus to have a thicker texture so one item I normally don’t put is in tahini.The recipe below would be a great addition as an appetizer your Easter table
1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
1 tbsp chipotle pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
