Watermelon Goat Cheese Salad
2 Cups Endive
2 Tbsp goat cheese
1 Cup watermelon diced
¼ cup cherry tomatoes halved
½ cup cucumber
To pack on the nutrients in this salad I usually add sunflower seed 1 tbsp and top with oil and vinegar.
