Nischinta Thapa, MD always puts herself in her patient’s shoes and works hard to understand their individualized perspectives

Nischinta Thapa spent her childhood admiring medical professionals from afar. As the child of a nurse, she was regularly exposed to healthcare settings from a young age, and was fascinated by the physiology of the human body. As an Endocrinologist, she has turned that fascination into a career in learning how hormones regulate the body, and using that knowledge of human pathophysiology to make a diagnosis, and treat her patients.

Dr. Thapa loves that Endocrinology allows her to “help, monitor, and treat [her] patients over a long period of time and build a long-term patient-physician relationship.” She believes that this relationship is vital to good healthcare practice and individualized treatment plans.
