I want to personally thank Jovial for sending us gluten free pasta and bread products to give out at our gluten free cookie swap in December. I used their gluten free flour to make a GF bread recipe and it was delicious! The bread did not crumble and it tasted like a hearty homemade bread should! Highly recommend this flour! Visit their website for delicious bread recipes.

In a large bowl, beat the milk, eggs, butter, sugar, and yeast together.
Add the flour, and then sprinkle the salt on top.
Mix with a spatula until the dough comes together.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Bake for 40 minutes. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
