Quinoa is a very versatile grain. I personally love cooking with this grain since it does take on the flavor of items it is cooked with. Quinoa is not only high in fiber but is also high in protein. Making a quinoa salad could be a nice refreshing twist to a hot summer night menu.
Join our IBS Support Group tonight as we talk about fibers role in IBS-C. Learn what type of fiber is important and what foods are vital for normal gut function. Hope to see you there.
