Recently I posted an article on fitness I thought this would be a good time to check in with everyone to see how they are doing. I did not meet all of my goals, unfortunately I definitely tried running too soon and set me back a little. I am back at it though and doing a brisk walk/jog of two miles daily. I hope everyone has continued to work on their fitness goals especially those in our weight loss support group Keep It Healthy For Life. Let me know how you are doing. Also like I said previously it is great to have goals. I would love to get a group together to run/walk a 5k in October let me know if you are interested?
