Ever find yourself fighting with your children about eating their vegetables? These veggie fritters will have them asking for seconds! They are delicious and totally dippable. I hope your family enjoys them as much as mine did.
1 peeled and shredded potato
1 peeled and shredded sweet potato
1 shredded zucchini
1 shredded carrot
2 eggs
½ cup gluten free all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp hot sauce of your choosing (optional)
Place all ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Form into patties and place on test. Place in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes than flip. Bake an additional 15 minutes. Enjoy!
