At Northern Medical Group, our providers are now available for Virtual Visits around the clock. This unprecedented level of service means that you have access to our excellent primary care providers from the comfort and safety of your own home. We also offer behavioral health appointments for those experiencing anxiety in this period of crisis. We are accepting new patients and serving all of our current patients 365 days a year.

Our Telehealth practice means that you can access a doctor any time you have a worry, or a problem. Viirtual Visits are easy to schedule and only require a personal computer or smart phone to connect to our Patient Portal (link) or the Healow App (link)
What is Northern Medical Group?
Northern Medical Specialists, Community Primary Care and Digestive Disease Center are all part of Northern Medical Group. If you are a patient of any of our practices, you can access primary care through our Telehealth system. If you are a patient of our Digestive Disease Center, you should contact your practice as usual.

How does a Northern Medical Group Virtual Visit work?
First steps to plan a Virtual Visit
You will need either:
- Smartphone - with Healow app installed, available at the App Store for iPhones and at Google Play for Android. (links?)
- Tablet
- Computer, laptop or desktop with a built-in camera and a microphone
- When you are going to have your Virtual Visit, make sure you are in a quiet, private area with a good internet connection.
- A Northern Medical Group Patient Portal Account. If you don’t already have one. all us at {which phone number?} to set up your account.
